Neon Circuit Rush

★★★★☆ 4.4 Editor rating

Neon Circuit Rush doesn't pretend to be a simulator, and that's its strength. You hold one side of the screen to drift, release to straighten, and the whole game is about reading corners early. Within a few races I was chaining drifts through intersections and grinning like an idiot.

The track design does a lot of heavy lifting. Each city has shortcuts you only spot once you've memorized the layout, so improving a lap time feels earned. The soundtrack is pure synthwave and it fits the glowing roads beautifully.

Car upgrades are light, which I didn't mind, but if you want a garage full of tuning sliders, look elsewhere. This is about flow and clean lines, and it nails that.
